In response to this growing, urgent need for patient-centered, affordable, and cutting-edge health care, Canby Clinic created Canby Care, a membership-based practice approach. Canby Care is not insurance-based sick care; it’s affordable, high-quality health care.

Many medical clinics across the United States are adopting this new non-insurance model with tremendous success. Canby Clinic is the first naturopathic clinic in Oregon to offer this opportunity.

Canby Care members pay no deductibles, no copays, and no coinsurance, and most primary care services are included in your membership. Membership is also offered to a limited number of patients so our doctors can offer highly personalized, quality health care.

Our goal, as always, is to create long-lasting doctor-patient relationships that enable patients to improve their health over time, take proactive and preventive measures to stay healthy, and ensure easy, reliable access to care and advice.

There is a $75 enrollment fee for new members. Members may cancel their membership for any reason after twelve months with 30 days’ written notice. Canby Clinic can terminate membership for non-payment or any other reason with 30 days’ written notice. If we are unable to provide the services promised, Canby Clinic will issue a refund to members for fees paid in advance on a prorated basis.
